We build value that outlasts generations. The fund holds and protects the assets committed to it by its founder — industrial ownership, real property and long-term capital.
A Czech endowment fund — nadační fond — is a separate legal person that holds assets in its own name. It manages no third-party money and makes no offering to the public.
Assets committed to the fund cease to be the founder’s personal property. They form no part of an estate, they secure no business liabilities, and they cannot be divided at will. That separation is the entire point: it gives the assets rules that outlast the people who set them.
The fund is governed by its deed of foundation. Decisions on the assets rest with the board of directors and the accounts are reviewed by the supervisory body. Financial statements and the annual report are filed in the public collection of deeds.
No deposits are accepted from the public. The fund acts neither as an investment fund nor as a manager of third-party assets. It falls outside the scope of the Czech Act on Management Companies and Investment Funds.

The endowment principal is maintained. What is applied to the fund’s purposes is yield, never substance.
Deed of foundation, financial statements and annual reports are part of the public record.
The principal asset is a full ownership interest in an industrial manufacturer. It is held as a long-term position, not as a trading asset.

Four steps from the commitment of assets to the fund’s purposes. The order is not incidental — each step depends on the one before it.
The founder transfers assets into the fund. From that moment they stand apart from personal and business risk and outside any inheritance dispute.
The board of directors decides on the assets within the limits of the deed of foundation. The supervisory body reviews the fund’s management; accounts and the annual report are filed publicly.
Assets are held for the long term — principally ownership interests in operating companies and real property. The objective is not a quarterly return but value preserved across generations.
Yield is applied to the purposes for which the fund was established and which are entered in the public register. The principal remains intact.
